Linen, made from the flax plant, has been revered for its ability to perform in the heat since Biblical times. It’s durable, strong and regulates body temperature by controlling the skin-air heat exchange.
It absorbs moisture well. And simultaneously releases it quickly, dries out and doesn’t “stick” to the body.
Linen, however, wrinkles. But that’s the style of summer: relaxed, cool and functional.
